Refund Policy
At KADENCCI, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction; for that reason, we offer a 7-day return policy that allows you to request a return within seven days of receiving your item. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase, and our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Unworn or Unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging.
We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please look over your order when you arrive and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item, it works the same way as returns. The fastest way to exchange your item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, let us know you’d like to exchange it, and we’ll provide you with in-store credit so you can purchase your new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method minus the return cost within ten business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at returns@kadencci.com

To Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
